Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport has added a high‐quality guiding display made by INFiLED
In June 2022, a new LED multi‐ information guidance display screen appeared in the arrival area of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. This superior screen was created by INFiLED, showing a pleasing appearance and excellent display effect.
Not long ago, to optimize airport services, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport reached out to INFiLED, indicating their intention to set up a wide‐width LED guiding display. The requirement for the display is to comprehensively present the guidance content, including baggage claim, airport public transportation, and wireless network. To this end, INFiLED offered a WP series screen with a size of 6m*2m, which finely meets the needs of the airport.
For a guiding display installed in an indoor scenario, it is essential to ensure it is clear at a glance and convenient for viewing. The screen provided by INFiLED has a pixel pitch of only 0.9mm and a resolution of 6400*2160, showing high‐definition pictures with full details. Besides, it is mounted on a vertical bracket at just the right height, making it easy for passengers to check information up close.
In addition to a clear visual presentation, the WP series also features a lightweight design. Each cabinet weighs only 6.8kg, making installing it simple for workers. Moreover, its edge thickness is 29.5mm, and the combined thickness is only 37mm after installing the ultra‐thin bracket. Visually, the screen’s appearance is graceful, which matches the modern environment of Bao'an Airport.
Since the guiding display is set in the airport's arrival area, real‐time changing information such as baggage claim and airport public transportation needs to be updated in time, requiring the screen to have an intelligent control system. In this regard, the WP series that supports remote connection and content administration is the best choice; it allows airports to easily manage dynamic content on the screen and control the time slot and frequency of information switching.
