Discharge-style Beam reimagined in a Laser fixture

A compact, flat-beam fixture with the same footprint and dimensions as Stradale, Rawbeam 350 delivers a remarkable output of 1,200,000 lux at 10m. It also features a 160 mm front lens, and a proprietary 13-lens optical system offering a 35x zoom ratio with a working range from 1.2° to 42°.

Uniquely, Rawbeam 350’s optical system is engineered around an entirely linear zoom which travels the full length of its 1.2° to 42° range without changing between beam and spot modes – a remarkable achievement that ensures the wider beam is as even and efficient as the, traditionally easier to achieve, narrow beam. Sharing all the features common to Ayrton’s Ultimate Series in terms of miniaturisation, colour capabilities, effects and movement (including continuous pan and tilt), Rawbeam 350 is equipped with multiple graphic tools that open the door to razor-sharp visual effects and broader, more versatile applications.

Like every Ayrton luminaire since 2023, Rawbeam is IP65 rated and has been engineered to be equally at home outdoors or indoors, including in saline environments, while remaining fully accessible and tipping the scales at an exceptional 24.5 kg.

Fully engineered from the ground up, Rawbeam 350’s size and versatility ensure it is the new workhorse fixture for all kinds of productions from EDM to television studios and everything in between. The excitement it generated at the show was palpable: “Visitors were amazed at the compact size of Rawbeam 350 which remains packed with all the features and capabilities of its fellows in the Ultimate Series,” says Marc Lorenz, Ayrton’s Designer Relationship manager, “yet demonstrates all the abilities of a traditional discharge fixture from a powerful laser source.”
