“We're Coming Together” for LIVETECH 2024

The inaugural showing of LIVETECH 2024 was recently held in Singapore. Held from 25‐26 June at the Esplanade's Annexe Studio, the 2‐day convention was created for regional based rental company owners, theatre AV managers, resellers, consultants, and especially students who are studying AV in the various technical colleges in Singapore. The program allowed attendees to experience the innovative products and techniques about the characteristics of audio, video, lighting, and rigging, solely related to live technical production for concerts, and other live performance venues such as theatres, auditoriums, and houses of worship in the ASEAN region. Organised by C.A. Editorial Consultants, the program featured a mixture of learning seminars and product talks with an average attendance at each of the nine seminars of around 50 people.

The learning seminars, loudspeaker demos and technology booths were a smashing success and participants complimented the guest speakers and participating companies on their professionalism, experience and synergy.

"Our objective was to share some know‐how we have on technology topics that are directly related to the live production sector. This is technical knowledge that we believe should be shared," said Roy Lee, co‐creator and technical director of LIVETECH.
