ACE Program a resounding success at DWR

DWR Distribution took pleasure in hosting their very first Absen ACE Training workshop presented by Dylan Jones from 2–3 March in Johannesburg.

With the Absen brand taking off in South Africa and an increased demand from technicians wanting to up their skills, the comprehensive training program provided delegates with the understanding to successfully set up and configure LED screens. Delegates who passed the course earned the prestigious title of Absen Certified Engineer (ACE).

The two‐day program provided learners with theoretical and practical learning guidance, equipping them to handle complex LED screen installations. Topics included LED screen theory, control system configuration, maintenance, and more. "The Absen team have worked hard to put together a comprehensive training program that covers everything from the basics of LED displays to advanced troubleshooting techniques," said Dylan Jones from DWR. "We wanted to make sure that our participants left with a thorough understanding of how to use Absen products, with both theory and hands on training." The response received from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, who appreciated the practical approach Dylan took to the training, giving them the chance to get up close and personal with the equipment and to really get a feel of how it operates.
