Sennheiser ends the year off with a big bang

Sennheiser Asia is finishing the decade strong with the launch of a new store at Marina Bay Sands today. Gracing the opening was Dr Andreas Sennheiser, third generation Co-CEO of the family-owned brand who flew into Singapore specially for this event. Dr Sennheiser was joined by Martin Low, Managing Director, Sennheiser Asia, and the duo led the commemoration celebration to mark the official opening of the store. “This is a significant landmark for us in this rapidly flourishing region, and we recognize Singapore’s essential role as the gateway to Asia Pacific. Opening this store is a dear milestone for me, because it marks a further expansion of the Sennheiser heritage in this vibrant city,” commented Dr Andreas. “Marina Bay Sands sets the perfect scene for this next stage of expansion, ever since our successful store opening in 2016 at Marina Square. Furthermore, this recent addition is also a great complement to our latest introduction of models and products,” Martin elaborated.

“Being in a space that is in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District also provides our beloved customers with ease of accessibility and convenience,” he concluded. Media guests were given a tour of the store as well as time to test out new products, such as the third-generation MOMENTUM Wireless Headphones, the XS Wireless Digital Set, and the AMBEO Soundbar. They also got to see the exclusive showcase of the world’s most expensive headphones, HE 1, which retails for 55,000 Euros. Located on the first floor of Marina Bay Sands, the store boasts interactive wall panels for customers to connect their smart devices to display headsets using Bluetooth. Customers can now experience hands-on with the microphones, getting to test first-hand the features of products like the AMBEO 3D Soundbar experience, immersing listeners in studio-grade sound adapted to the specifics of their living rooms.
