The recent official opening ceremony of the Mahajak Studio at the Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) was another triumph for Mahajak Development Co., Ltd, as Mr. Kasemsin Kanchanachayphoom, the company’s Deputy Managing Director, and Mr. Pongsakorn Kanchanachayphoom, the company’s General Manager, together with Mr. Daniel Choo, General Manager of SAE Institute Bangkok were invited to be part of the historic event.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Maleesee, the dean of the faculty of Engineering, and Associate Professor Dr. Pitak Thumwarin, Assistance Dean, along with members of the faculty of teachers and the press. Mahajak Studio arose from the cooperation between Mahajak Development and KMITL for Human Resource Development in order to support the development of broadcast and entertainment and related businesses. Mahajak Development takes an important role in supporting a variety of standard teaching aids such as audio equipment from JBL, dbx, SHURE and Soundcraft and also the air-conditioners of Mitsubishi Heavy Duty. At present, the Music Engineering and Multimedia Program has already been opened for bachelor degrees in both Thai and English since June 2014 at the Faculty of Engineering of KMITL. With the opening of the new facility, Mahajak hopes that the students are able to experience the benefit of high quality audio equipment from leading global product suppliers.
