Chris Young hits the road with Ayrton Ghiblis

Chris Young kicked off his 2019 world tour with over 45 dates across the US. Ayrton Ghibli LED spot luminaries with framing shutters fill out the rig for the slate of arena and amphitheater shows coast to coast. The design of the show is based on a W-shaped video wall with four individually moving panels. Chevron-shaped lighting trusses increase in size moving upstage to downstage; six individually moving light pods are located between the downstage and midstage truss. Lighting Designer Chris Lisle has positioned 36 Ghiblis among the three midstage and upstage trusses. He selected them after staging a fixture shootout before the tour. “They are the punchiest and brightest LED fixtures I have ever seen.” Bandit Lites is supplying the Ghiblis for the run of the tour. Mike Stanley is the Production Manager/ Lighting Director for the tour; Brian Jenkins programmed the show. Ayrton is distributed in the US by ACT Lighting, Inc.
