Blustream taps value‐added distributor JB&A for the commercial market and launches new training series

Blustream US, a strategic partnership between award‐winning AV distribution manufacturer Blustream and RTI, announced today that it has begun shipping the Blustream AV distribution line to US customers; appointed JB&A as its lead commercial market distributor; and appointed its first four sales rep organizations. The first Blustream US distributor is San Rafael, California‐based JB&A, which serves resellers and integrators in multiple commercial markets across the country. Experts in video, broadcast production, and Pro AV, JB&A will be the lead commercial distributor for Blustream US, with a value‐added approach that includes consultation and training for resellers and integrators. JB&A is in stock with Blustream products. Concurrently, Blustream has signed its first three commercial market sale rep organizations: Richard Dean Associates covering New England and upstate New York; R. Joseph Group serving Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and western Pennsylvania; and Livella Brand Group covering Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas. For the CEDIA channel, Blustream US has signed Texas‐based New Era Marketing, and more appointments are expected soon. Blustream US is also launching its first series of technology and training webinars. Led by Jason Fitzgerald — one of the more articulate voices in AV distribution — the webinars will be a concise series of topics important to integrators, starting with video over IP and HDMI signal distribution.
